The Men of Worth Project C.I.C. (Community Interest Company) was registered with Companies House with effect from 24th June 2013. Our Directors are: Andy Wade, Ian Walkden and Helen Wade.
"A community interest company (CIC) is a type of company introduced by the United Kingdom government in 2005 under the Companies (Audit, Investigations and Community Enterprise) Act 2004, designed for social enterprises that want to use their profits and assets for the public good."
This allows us to apply for funding from various bodies, and accept donations from anyone who wishes to support our work.
We produce Annual Accounts and an Annual Confirmation Statement (formerly the Annual Return) in order to comply with legislation.
