The War Memorial Institute Building on Scott Lane, Riddlesden was opened in 1920 as a result of local fund raising to create a building as a local war memorial.
Inside is a simple wooden board memorial mounted on a wall:
There is a rather worn engraved stone in the back wall of the building which had the names of these men on it, but two new memorial stones have been fixed to the wall near to the original one to make sure the names can still be read by future generations.
