Gunner Gilbert Hardy Midgley – New CWGC headstone

We're delighted to announce that we've just been informed by the Commonwealth War Graves Commission that Gunner Gilbert Hardy Midgley now has a headstone, which means after 102 years he is finally recognised officially on his grave as a casualty of the Great War. At some point in 2019 we will hold a dedication ceremony similar to those held for Private Herbert Moore and Private Ivor Tempest Greenwood.
